Antique maps\, deeds\, survey instruments and chains used to spur settlement of the East Kill Valley wilderness will be displayed. Participants are encouraged to read the book prior to the talk. Participants are encouraged to read the book prior to the hike. Difficulty: moderate\, due to length and rough terrain. Bring water and snacks.
